While the Castro regime banned human rights activists like the Ladies in White from participating in the recent Papal masses, they required other Cubans to attend by withholding pay from those who failed to show written and signed proof of attendance to their employer, in accordance with the Cuban government’s Administrative Resolution 234.  This photograph above shows the document which is required as proof of attendance.
